being led by the dirty tactics of lobbying maneuvers by ACA International

Passive Debt Buyers Fraud



Racketeers of debt collection, who are actually, incorporated private investors obtain evidence of debt
under false pretexts, mostly under allegedly extending credit or loan to Consumers, and who are not licensed in States, which require debt collection license,
pose as PASSIVE DEBT COLLECTORS (PDC.)


PDC enjoy a privilege of exemption from the dc licensing.

According to the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs:
"A debt buyer that merely purchases or acquires defaulted debt but
does not engage in collection activities itself
does not require a license from the Department."


So unlicensed dc play their, typical game and pretend to be PDC.

Then, they sue Consumers in court via debt collection attorneys and claim exception discussed.

However, once they demand payments to themselves by dunning letters, they attempt to collect actively
and for themselves.

All know, by now, that when the alleged, original creditor either charged-off the account or seized
its collection efforts, dc collects for itself.

A claim of Assignee or Purchaser is most prevailing.


PDC status is a deception.


When, dc sues you in court, being listed as PLAINTIFF, it is engaged in collection activity to the maximum.

A claimed status of PDC is a fraud by now.

There is no PASSIVE mode in full scale court litigation.


It is as ACTIVE as it may only get.
