Capital One

Hi all

I have a little problem with my last bad account listed in my credit reports,it is a capital one charge off originally for a 1000 CL credit card it has now a balance of almost 4000.

I disputed it several times with the CRAs and Cap1 always verify so I sent to Cap1 a request to prove my liability on that account, they sent my back copies of the credit card agreement (Right Copyright date),copy of the aplication with my signature and three last statements. I don't know what to do next, the debt is way out of SOL.
I tried to get them for FCRA violations but as soon as I let them know that I know what they ae doing they correct it only to try another trick a couple of weeks latter and there we go again, complaint to the comptroller, Cap1 fix it, two or three weeks latter they try something else to shoot down the score.

Any ideas anyone of how to deal with this bullies? I'd Appreciate any imput.

Thanks.
