Tort Claim Monetization....Legit? Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has experience dealing with Tort Claims? I first heard about such a process from The American's Bulletin newspaper. The process they advertise is very entrenched in the concepts of The Redemption Process. My 4 Tort Claims are all against the Federal Bureau of Prisons for various injuries as defined as violations of private/personal rights. The arguments don't deal with subjects some would consider "theoretical or frivolous." However, the step where me as the Claimant declares judgment by default due to non-response is unheard of, as far as I know, in the banking and legal community. Thus, making registering the claim on a UCC-1 as a negotiable instrument somewhat pointless. I mean if it's not recognized, whether the debt is good or not, by financial institutions then it has no value. Hell, the dollar bill being just paper has at least confidence value. I don't think I have even that.
Because my funds are so limited to take my claims to a "regular" lawyer, I have contacted the ACLU in hopes to get some form of assistance. At this point I really don't care what I have to do as long as I can move forward. If it has to be taken to suit or otherwise is of no importance to me. Get rid of the default judgment, the invoices, and all the other Redemption crap if need be. I have a lot of hard evidence, I have affidavits, I have detailed descriptions and an undying determination. All that's left is some assistance. I would be very appreciative if there was someone who I could talk with, ask questions and hopefully could help me move forward. If anyone like that is out there....help. |
