I recently sent a 9 page VOD to a collection agency representing the creditor "Citizens bank" regarding a NSF (non sufficient funds ) balance. I sent the VOD with certified promissory note attached. via certified mail and a week later I recived another notice form a different collection agency representing the same creditor "Citizens bank". my question is do I send out another VOD ? I discharged the debt with the previous collection agency they obviously sold it to another debt collector due to me exposing their fraud any suggestions will be appreciated.
