Just had some question for the more versed members here. I have just finished filling out the VOD template 9 pages, minus the CPN and any language refrencing it, and want to know your opinions on getting the document notarized or just send it out with the 2 witness signature like in the document?

Also when I actually sign these dosuments should I use something like

(signature) dba JOE BLOW

or maybe

without prejudice (signature)

still not quite sure if I need to have the Without Pred in front of everything I sign from now on. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks all and keep up the great work.
