Question Lawyer who doesn't "Serve Papers" properly...

A certain Long Island Attorney mailed her ridiculous "Complaint" filled with lies, by regular mail and didn't serve it upon the Defendants. After the Answer was filed with the Court she lies and complains that it is "Untimely".
According to my calendar and the mailman, it is not "Untimely".
This Lawyer is once again up to her tricks.
What do you all think of this?
Has this ever happened to you? If so, what did you do?
