I contend that the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction because there is no contract and no enacting clause to show the real authority behind their statutes. U.S. Constitution states one can sue a judge if he tries a case that he lacks subject matter jurisdiction. So how do I actually go about suing him? I have no clue as to how and the ways or procedure.
