| How do I go about suing a judge? First off, justice of the peace is not a judge, would not show his copy of oath of office and is not listed with the secretary of state. Second, I challenged jurisdiction and to be stated on the record and he overruled it. With that in mind, this is a void judgement. It was a mock court all the way. I signed citation tickets "without prejudice," clause and dishonored them. I contend that the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction because there is no contract and no enacting clause to show the real authority behind their statutes. U.S. Constitution states one can sue a judge if he tries a case that he lacks subject matter jurisdiction. So how do I actually go about suing him? I have no clue as to how and the ways or procedure. Any help advice sites would be appreciated. |
