My child was stolen from me and my girlfriend 3 days after her birth.

There appears to be a "96 hour administrative hold" on my baby daughter. DCF is claiming "imminent danger" because they claim my girlfriend has past psychiatric problems. The demon came to the hospital room on an alleged "annonymous report".
The reasoning was past psychiatric issues with my girlfriend and past criminal allegations. As they are attempting to build their case declining vaccines are an issue as well as opting to "self pay" the hospital visit rather than going on state (welfare) insurance.

Seems like an unlawful seizure to me it was rather quite tricky the way they did it. They had security buzzing around the hospital room all night long watching me and then in the morning when I went to fetch something from the car they denied me access to the maternity unit. They then ushered my girlfriend out of the building and handed us both their "96 hour hold" order of course signed by the "program supervisor".

Any tips or sugestions would be greatly appreciated.
