Owning a house together

My mother's siblings own my deceased grandparents' house split 7 ways. None of them wants to buy it from the other. They don't want to sell it to anyone outside the family.

In this situation, they'd all have to agree on who to lease it to, correct?

I think the whole thing is silly. They should be more reasonable with each other, but I think they are just too sentimental about it.
