POSTED NOTICE
PRIVATE LAND - READ BEFORE PROCEEDING
To all persons, agents, officers and/or any other foreign principals breaking the Close of and over this land including but not limited to: Law enforcement, Code enforcement, County planning or zoning, Health department, Social Services, Census Bureau, IRS, HUD, HHS, Process servers, et al.

Anthony Joseph, an obedient son of Almighty God, our Father and Creator, solely by His Grace, through Our Blessed Sovereign Lord Jesus, the Christ of Nazareth, is the rightful and lawful possessor of this land and the dwelling-house built upon it, in and through God's Righteous Warrant in His Law which establishes the power to claim all things in His name. Be it known that over this land flies the banner of Almighty God's Superior and Sovereign Divine Law as written and ordained in the Holy Scriptures. This land and house-structure is without any legal name or fictional designation whatsoever. No inferior or foreign law which does not adhere to the Divine Law of Almighty God will be recognized or accepted on this land.

The living man, Anthony Joseph, as lawful and rightful Possessor of this land, claims the character suae potestate esse, sui juris, jure divino.

Any person or entity who breaks this Close and enters this land in the name or capacity of any legal, fictional, foreign, corporate or other color of law entity or municipal structure is hereby noticed that they are in violation of God's Divine Ordinance and are subject to a Land Use Fee for bringing the lex mercatoria onto this land without permission or consent. The fee for this violation is five thousand dollars per man and/or woman per day, or any part of the day, payable in full within ten days of the violation. The fee will be paid in gold or silver coin or in redeemed lawful money cash in the form of non-negotiable Federal Reserve Notes of face value as per Title 12 U.S.C. §411 and §16 of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.

Any persons who have sworn oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution for these several States united of America and for this Florida Republic are hereby noticed that their bond is accepted and will be binding upon them to defend and protect the unalienable rights secured therein to the Possessor, Anthony Joseph, and those under his protection and coverture. You will faithfully perform all the duties of your office in compliance with the above Constitutions to which you acknowledge that you have already sworn an oath to perform to the best of your ability in the presence of the ever-living God. This fungible bond forms a contract to which the aforementioned agents or officers are liable and will be held to perform accordingly under the law. Violations of the unalienable God-given rights of Anthony Joseph, or those under his protection and coverture, shall be assessed a civil penalty of one million dollars in gold or silver coin for each violation.This is according to the laws to which said violators are bound by, while having no effect or recourse to the Possessor of this land, who is without any such jurisdiction or presumed authority.

Land Use Fee shall be waived if violators vacate this private land within five minutes of reading posted notice
or verbal notice from Anthony Joseph, or those under his protection and coverture.

Notice to the agent is notice to the principal, notice to the principal is notice to the agent.
