Post “Federal income tax law” "case".

Greetings

The following is an interesting “case” about “federal income tax law”:

Helvering v. Gerhardt. A case, 304 U.S. 405 (1938), in which the United States Supreme Court sustained the application of the federal income tax law to State employees, namely, the employees of the Port of New York Authority. See also Collector v. Day and Graves v. New York ex rel. O'Keefe.
