Definition of Commerce

Are we all cognizant of the broad definition of the term "commerce"? If not, then you should familiarize yourself with it. Under that definition, and upon the vast power holding by the judiciary, anyone can be convicted on anything simply because our behaviour, under that broad definition, can be construed in many ways that would make us liable.
