I have been studying the UCC methods and CR methods alot lately. I have heard mixed reviews. It seems that the CR methods have some positive things going for it and also the UCC process. I have seen people combining them. I just wanted to know what do you guys think is a good way to go? At this point, I understand that the country is bankrupt and that when acknowledge it and alert the proper people, I am exempt. I have not made any move yet, so before I do any advice? Any reasons for UCC, against? Commercial Redemption?
