I have never filed a UCC before now.

Any remedy here? I can threaten to file the claim on the surety bond for which I will be calling to find out that information tomorrow, but any info on this is appreciated.

Texas is truly corrupt and just as much as New York, if not more.

BTW, I haven't been rejected yet but from what I heard, and even with my rewording and sans identifying numbers except for a court case number that has my documents filed into it, anticipate it.

My alternative was to file it with my creditor name as my one woman corporation, but I would rather have my given name be this with my STRAWWOMAN the debtor.

If I go this route, then what additional affidavits am I looking at to make this solid?
