| UCC1 v. State Nursing License I am somewhat familiar with UCC1 filings to seize your 'STRAWMAN', but apparently not familiar enough. The question I have is on behalf of my wife. Can any of you UCC gurus tell me how it would effect her State issued nursing license if she were to file a UCC1 and seize her STRAWMAN? Can one seize one's STRAWMAN, and still be licensed by the State to engage in the profession of nursing?
